The Eagle Trace Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was established in order to regulate the appearance, maintenance and use of all lands, and improvements thereon, subject to Eagle Trace Covenants and Restrictions. The purpose of the ACC is to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures and the natural vegetation and topography for Eagle Trace Subdivision.
Homeowners are required to request ACC approval prior to construction of any dwelling, building structure or improvement of any type such as pools, fences, play sets, basketball courts, etc.
Homeowners are advised to review the Eagle Trace Covenants and Restrictions early in the planning stages of their projects.
The ACC Committee and the ETHA Board appreciate our residents' cooperation and compliance with the Covenants, helping to keep Eagle Trace an attractive and highly desirable neighborhood in Center Grove.
